2009 NAHP Media & Legislative Summit

Washington, D.C.
The Media & Legislative Summit provides a unique opportunity for
thought leaders, policymakers and publishers to gather together to
dialogue and debate the critical issues of the day facing the
Hispanic marketplace and communities. President Obama, U.S. Senators
and Congress Representatives as well as leaders covering pressing
issues have been invited to join the participants in workshops
and/or as speakers. The Publisher of the Year and the
Journalist of the Year will be awarded at the main luncheon.
Workshop topics are on health reform, immigration, sustainability
and the environment and the opening session is a presentation on the
State of Hispanic Print by the NAHP.
